To empower internal talent and equip them with new technologies and methodologies, TheCUBE partnered with Caja los Andes and BNP Paribas Cardif Chile to organize the annual 'Talent Empowerment Program,' known as Inno-expedición. This initiative invites high-potential employees from both companies to participate in a transformative 10-day journey to Madrid, where they tackle their organizations' challenges.
During the program, participants engage in in-depth analyses of market trends and technologies, explore the Spanish entrepreneurial ecosystem, and collaborate in teams to develop innovative solutions. TheCUBE employs its proprietary methodology to guide these teams in creating solutions that can be launched back in Chile.
Following two successful editions of the program, four projects have been accelerated in Chile, demonstrating significant potential for scaling within the organizations. Ideas with the highest potential are selected by the management committee to move forward into the next phase of experimentation, with ongoing support from TheCUBE team.
